Puhua Project locates along Ba river in the east of Xi��an. The project is adjacent to the widest part of Ba river, over 480 meters, featured with true bay lives.

Puhua project is the first project from Puhua in Chanba Ecological Zoon, targeting region promotion and brand building. Total project investment exceeded 2.5 billion Yuan. The project covers 480 Mu, with a total GFA of 791,360 square meters. The project has garden houses, mid and high rises, and commercial units. The project was designed by Leo A Daly from Washington D.C., promoting its natural resources.
