Overview
Tsining JunJing II is a multi-family and retail project on 18 acres with 2,119 apartments totaling about 2.5 million square feet. This is our current construction project and is scheduled to be completed in 2010. In the fourth quarter of 2008, we have been building the steel-reinforced concrete structure at about one floor per week on 16 middle-rise and high-rise buildings and one kindergarten in the first phase of this complex. As of the end of September 2008, we have pre-sold about 68% of all available units within this first phase. The second phase of Tsining JunJing II will have 12 middle-rise and high-rise buildings, with construction expected to start in the second half of 2009. Revenue potential for this project is about $170 million.
